Thank you for your interest in having your wedding
at St. Ursula Academy's Chapel.
Weddings in the Chapel are available to Academy Alumnae only.
Total cost is $750 (includes $250 non-refundable deposit)
Maximum capacity is 250 people.

To book your wedding at SUA:

1. Go to the Wedding Calendar to review open dates. Only one wedding may occur per available weekend due to staffing.
2. Review the Wedding Contract for all details.  
3. After finding a couple of open dates, please contact SUA Alumnae Office to tentatively schedule your wedding date while you book a priest and reception hall. If the date is not available for a tentative hold, you will be contacted as soon as possible.
4. SAVE THE DATE! Please fill out the last page of the Wedding Contract, including your signature that you agree to the terms of the contract and mail to include your $250 non-refundable deposit made out to SUA Alumnae Office - Weddings, attention Stephanie Schuckman, 1339 East McMillan Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202..
5. NEXT STEPS: Bride will receive a reminder email two (2) months prior to the wedding date to confirm final details, however the bride may follow directions below once she is ready to do so.

 Two months prior to your wedding at SUA:

1.     SUA Alumnae Office will send a reminder email to request confirmation of wedding details, including timeframes and ceremony details, TWO MONTHS prior to your wedding weekend.

2.  Click here to fill out the form to confirm your timeframes and details for your rehearsal and wedding, including your three (3) hour timeframe (for your vendors to honor as well) on your wedding day. If we do not receive return communication within six (6) weeks of your wedding weekend, SUA Alumnae Office reserves the right to schedule the Cincinnati Police Officer and SUA wedding coordinator based on times provided by the bride in the original contract.
3. At this time, final payment of $500 is due. Please mail a check, made out to SUA Alumnae Office - Weddings, attention Stephanie Schuckman, 1339 East McMillan Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

• The official name of the chapel is Saint Ursula Academy Chapel.
• Saint Ursula Academy Chapel is within the St. Francis de Sales parish.
• Archdiocesan permission is required. This is coordinated through your officiating priest and the pastor at St. Francis de Sales Church is Rev. Eugene Contadino, S.M. at 513-961-1945 or frgenesm@gmail.com. St. Francis de Sales is located at 1600 Madison Road, Cincinnati, OH 45206. All questions can be directed to Rev. Tom Snodgrass at 100 E. • Tip for your wedding invitations: directions to SUA Chapel & for parking
• Aisle runners are not allowed. Due to Chapel tile floor being slippery, we no longer allow aisle runners as it is a hazard. The floor is cleaned before every wedding.
• Floral arrangements: no floral tape or wire allowed to preserve the wood pews. Soft ribbons, rubber bands or freestanding columns may be used in its place.
